Our regards from the West Coast. Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, and Centennial Cryo coming in hot. Simcoe brings pine and citrus backbone, Mosaic adds tropical fruit and berry, and Citra layers in bright, zesty character. Centennial Cryo amps up the floral and herbal notes with an extra punch of resin. Clean finish, solid bitterness, proper West Coast structure. Drink this one and send your own regards. 7.2% ABV
