Gold Dot, Staggers & Jags, Cold IPA (can)

Gold Dot was started by Lisa Allen and her partner Kevin Davey and they brew all their beers at Heater Allen. Lisa Allen is also the head brewer of Heater Allen, the Portland, OR lager specialists, Gold Dot was started so thety could do some IPA's, etc. Kevin came up with the idea for Cold IPA while at Wayfinder. His goal was to create a beer that is completely dry, bitter and intensely hoppy, with a super clean finish. Brewed with 20% rice and fermented warm with our house lager strain, Staggers & Jags is incredibly drinkable, a “wester than west coast” IPA. 7.1% ABV
