2022 Maxime Crotet 'Nord Est' Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir planted in the early 1990s in the Alsatien village of Itterswiller about 45 km from Strasbourg.  Vines are farmed organically, hand-harvested into small cases. 18 day semi-carbonic maceration with zero additives with some pump overs and a bit of foot trodding.Aged 10 months in french oak. Sulfur added at bottling. Total SO2 = 20 mg/l.
