2025 'A Vita Rosato of Gaglioppo

100% Gaglioppo grown right on the Ionian Sea. Grapes are crushed/destemmed; after a night of maceration in stainless steel, the juice is not pressed, but drained by gravity. Aged in stainless steel. Flavors of salty orange zest & prickly pear. A true Mediterranean rosè.
