2025 Caleb Leisure, Didn't Turn Out That Way, Red/White Blend

Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc are not classic bedfellows, but these ferments were screaming to be together. I liked the results so much that I began to interplant my little pinot vineyard with SB. This is the second vintage of this cuvee, and it's a bit different than '24: a touch more weight and alcohol and dark fruit, but still very light on its feet.

TASTING NOTES: Lively red fruit, tropical, light and chillable

PRODUCTION NOTES: Fermented and aged in qvevri. 2-day maceration. Pinot and SB blended at the end of fermentation.
