2025 Caleb Leisure ‘Verso’ Skin Fermented Sauvignon Blanc

This vintage represents an exciting development in this wine: a new source of Sauvignon Blanc, specifically the musque clone from the esteemed Bedrock Vineyard outside of Glen Ellen. Impeccable regenerative farming, wildly aromatic fruit, persistent acid.

TASTING NOTES: Aromatic, savory, saline.

PRODUCTION NOTES: 24 hour cold-soak, pressed in qvevri with 15% skins added. Fermented and aged on skins in qvevri for one year.
