2025 Stagiaire 'This Slant of Light' Chardonnay

As I’m moving and vineyard sourcing and farming has changed, this cuvee is turning into more of a stylistic designation. A white blend that evokes sunshine and warmth. More Californian in style but still very poised and precise. This is a super classic and clean and beautiful wine and I think a killer value at this price. 

Old vine chardonnay from Redwood Valley. And super low yielding sav blanc from Yorkville Highlands. Roughly 85/15 split. 

Direct-pressed. Settled overnight. Fermented in used barrels and puncheons.
