Laurie Ellen Gingerbread Shortbread Cookies

These buttery cookies combine our own pumpkin spice blend with hearty molasses and just a touch of citrus zest to keep things light and bright. A sprinkling of sugar captivates the tongue and plump candied ginger pieces add to a spicy-sharp enticing sweetness.
