Nettle Meadow 'Kunik' Cow & Goat's Milk Triple Creme Cheese

Kunik is the epitome of creamy decadence—
an award-winning, bloomy-rind triple crème crafted with the perfect balance of
pasteurized goat’s milk and rich cow cream. Made in the foothills of the
Adirondacks, this handcrafted artisan cheese is aged to perfection, developing a
luxuriously buttery, tangy flavor with subtle earthy undertones from our
subterranean cheese cave.

This cheese was named after our very first dairy goat, a Saanen goat who we
named Kunik- an Inuit term for “snow” and “kiss”
