Slanted Door Fermented Chile Sauce (House-made Sriracha)

Charles Phan's Fermented Chile sauce is the perfect all purpose condiment for your kitchen. Fermented for about a week before being cooked to create a chili sauce with more character than sriracha. It can be used as a condiment for pho or to make any dish spicy.

Ingredients: Fresno chiles, Thai chiles, brown candy sugar, garlic cloves, kosher salt, and white vinegar.
